General Information & Interests:

I am a fan of many sports and have played football, cricket & American football at certain periods of my life. I really enjoyed road running and was a member of the Scunthorpe & District AC, road running club, running the Great North Run in 2002. I also ran the Flora London Marathon in 2003, achieving 3 hours and 4 minutes. I have personally suffered varying injuries while playing each sport and fully appreciate the frustrations of injury and the importance of effective injury management & treatment, to ensure that a full return to sporting activity is achieved. I now enjoy road cycling and take part in cycle sportives. I can link my interests of cycling in to my work by also offering bike fitting services and treating cycling related injuries.
